About Mass Energy

Mass Energy is a non-profit organization celebrating its 25th anniversary.  Our discount heating oil and green electricity programs now serve over 20,000 households and businesses. Our advocacy work serves all consumers and our charitable programs benefit low-income households and other nonprofit organizations.

With over twenty-four years of experience in the Massachusetts energy marketplace, Mass Energy offers more than just green electricity. We serve as a strong advocate for consumers and the environment. As a non-profit, our goal, like yours, is to build a better world, not just a better bottom line. Mass Energy and People’s Power & Light of Rhode Island are both part of the Energy Consumers Alliance of New England.

In western Massachusetts, Mass Energy works closely with another nonprofit, the Center for Ecological Technology, found on the web at cetonline.org.
